We are always looking for photographs of Holy Wells and related traditions. Our particular interests are photographs of Holy Well sites from the antiquarian to the modern day so we can develop an archive of information on the condition of Holy Well sites. Moreover, we are also trying to build a photographic collection of Well traditions, and photos recording annual traditions such as Well Dressings are very welcome. We accept both digital and hard copy submissions. Our digital standard is 2288 x 1712 but we accept all size digital submissions. We need to know the site/location of the photograph, the date [approx.] when it was taken, and the photographer's name/copyright details [or a note saying copyright is not applicable]. Digital photos should be submitted to the NWI archivist. We also accept hardcopies of photographs, either as original prints, or duplicates. Our archive standard is 6 x 4.
